Using Roger’s Procurement Log

Learn to use Roger’s Procurement Log! This video details creating new items, sharing procurement logs, and adding a project.

Create a New Item

Click + New Item under the bottom row of the log or click the blue New Item button above the log.

Share a Procurement Log

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right.

  2. Select Share and find your desired recipient.

  3. Click Invite.

  4. Feel free to send our Ai generated email to notify the recipient.

Add a Project

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right.

  2. Select Project and choose the appropriate Project.

  3. Click Save. Your log will automatically be named accordingly.

These functions work identically to those for the Closeout Log.
